Chairperson
Mpho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby. He has over 18years of work experience in the Insurance Industry.
Mpho has worked in various departments of Botswana Life starting with the Finance and Accounting Department in 2002. In 2011 he moved to the Corporate department to manage the administration of the Annuity portfolio until 2018.
He has also managed the client services department as the Service Manager North, responsible for all our service offices in the northern side of Botswana.
Currently, he is the Senior Operations Manager responsible for the operations as the New Business, Underwriting, Records Management, Benefits and Claims functions.
